Similar to creating your own bridal gown, this game involves a little bit of creativity and ingenuity. The best way to do this game would involve a bit of pre-planning. You can go to any craft store and purchase some inexpensive veil material - preferably white lace or white chiffon - look for things on sale or that are small quantities as the small quantities are often sold cheaper since there is not much of it.
Also buy some ribbon, thread, flowers, or other decorations so that your guests will be able to add embellishments to the veils.
At the actual shower, split the guests up into groups and have each group work on a veil of their own. After they are all completed, each group will have the bride model their veil and a vote will decide who has the best looking veil - prizes can be awarded to the winning team.
If buying material is too much for your party, you can always go with the toilet paper idea - have the groups make veils out of toilet paper instead of lace or chiffon.
